  • Based on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques - I have 10 years experience behind me - us - as well as a competitions, aka; real fights. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt under Josephine Masiello.

  • Safe. Respectful. Your space. Yes - you are going to need to breathe. Private sessions are available for men, women and children of all ages.

  • My mats are your safe space. Yes, this needs to be said again.
